The Practitioner offers spiritual workshops that are purely informational and educational in nature. The educational content provided is intended for personal, spiritual, and emotional well-being and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological conditions.

• Non-Medical Nature: The Practitioner is not a medical doctor, psychiatrist, licensed therapist, or other licensed healthcare professional. Any information provided during the workshop is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice.
• Participant Responsibility: The Participant understands they must continue to consult with their own healthcare team for any physical, emotional, or psychological concerns. If experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. Scope of Practice and Guarantees

The Practitioner offers educational information based on personal study and spiritual concepts for insight only. The Practitioner makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any workshop, specific results, or personal transformation. Participants are solely responsible for the decisions and actions they take following any workshop.

5. Group Confidentiality

To create a safe space for all, Participants agree to respect the privacy of others and keep any personal experiences or information shared by fellow attendees during the workshop strictly confidential.

6. Financial and Cancellation Policy

Workshop fees are due at the time of registration.

7. Release and Waiver of Liability

By checking the box and signing in below, the Client confirms they have read and understood this Client Agreement. The Client agrees to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless Diana Valencia and their agents, employees, or representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to the services provided.
